Dear Alumni,

Running a fraternal organization is a burden that falls on the undergraduate brothers. The day to day operations and basic expenses are happily covered by us, the undergraduate brothers, because we are the ones that benefit most directly. However, for some larger plans and items, we ask for you help. Please consider donating to your undergraduate chapter.

This semester we are looking to establish a campus-wide foosball tournament. The groundwork has already been laid, and we expect a great turnout. However, we ask the alumni pool to help us get a new foosball table. The current table is in poor condition and is at a state where repairs would be very costly and troublesome. Establishing the Lambda as a campus center for foosball, as silly as the idea may initially seem, will be a great opportunity to attract new people to the house every year. We ask that you help us make sure the Lambda becomes (in)famous for more than its great foosbal players.

The total amount we need to purchase a new table is $700. We will then decorate the table in our colors, to make it a true Lambda landmark. We will add the name of every alumnus that that donates more than $70 on a thank you plaque that will be mounted directly on the table.
